Refund Policy
At Dreams of Rhea, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, and sale items (unless they are damaged or defective) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sirin@dreamsofrhea.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase and pack the item securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sirin@dreamsofrhea.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sirin@dreamsofrhea.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
