Founded in 2017 by Beliz Oral, Mazu Studio is an Istanbul based illustration / graphic design studio, focusing on custom illustrations, one-of-a-kind wedding invitations and refined design services in branding and packaging.

The main inspirations of Mazu Studio are nature, architecture and mythological stories, but a true passion for creativity and authenticity is the driving force behind this business. We believe in timeless design and every project we take on is created to make a lasting impact in our customers’ lives and memories.

Hi! I’m Beliz, an illustrator / graphic designer from Istanbul and the founder of Mazu Studio. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated with colors, textures and visual stories. And because I was such a visual
person, I studied architecture, thinking it was the correct path for me. But, after working as an architect for a while, I realized that I had a different creative
calling and quit my job without a plan. Long story short, I now have a graduate degree in Visual Communication Design from Florence Institute of Design International (FIDI) in Italy and am forever
grateful to have found the courage to take a leap of faith to follow my passion.
